Promotion du net : L’Association burkinabè des domaines Internet veut compter avec la voix des journalistes
L’Association Burkinabè des Domaines Internet (ABDI) sonne la mobilisation des professionnels des médias pour une synergie entre journalisme, internet et culture en faveur de la promotion de l’internet au Burkina Faso. L’association envisage la mise en place du Club « Journalisme-internet et culture, Club JIC) à propos.
« Journalisme, internet et culture : Quelle synergie pour un Burkina prospère ?», c’est sous cette thématique que l’Association burkinabè des domaines Internet (ABDI) a réuni des journalistes en marge de la 21e édition de la Semaine Nationale de la Culture, le mardi 30 avril 2024 à Bobo-Dioulasso.
L’internet a un impact sur le journalisme et la culture, qui sont des piliers importants de la société selon Essai Toé, secrétaire exécutif de L’Association burkinabè des domaines Internet (ABDI). À l’entendre, l’ABDI a la certitude qu’une synergie intelligente entre le journalisme l’internet et la culture, est un facteur clé de prospérité pour le Burkina Faso.
« Autrement dit, si nous arrivons à créer une symbiose, une interaction intelligente entre ces trois aspects peut constituer un facteur de prospérité pour le Burkina Faso », a-t-il expliqué aux journalistes.

Pour que cette conviction soit une réalité, l’ABDI propose la mise en place d’un club dénommé « Journalisme-internet et culture, Club JIC) avec pour mission de contribuer à « bâtir une identité numérique authentique pour un Burkina prospère ». « Nous sommes convaincu qu’allant dans ce sens, nous pouvons ensemble journalistes, spécialistes de l’internet et hommes de culture, arriver à faire en sorte que notre pays puisse aller de l’avant », a-t-il insisté.
